SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Moirée GmbH (CH) supplies the whole of Switzerland and Lichtenstein. For deliveries to the EU and the rest of the world please switch to our EU-store. In Switzerland and Lichtenstein we charge a total of CHF 7.00 for packaging and shipping. We send all packages with the Swiss Post. Your order will arrive in 3-5 working days. If your order has been on its way for more than 7 working days, please contact us immediately.

 

RETURN POLICY

For all purchases via www.projectmoiree.ch, Moirée GmbH grants a voluntary right of return for a total of 14 days from receipt of the goods. This right of return applies only to unopened and undamaged products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Moirée GmbH, Hammerstrasse 43, 8008 Zurich, hello@moiree.ch) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. with an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back. You must return the goods to Moirée GmbH, Hammerstrasse 43, 8008 Zurich, without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract.

In order for us to be able to allocate the returned goods to your order, please send us a printed copy of your order. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to your handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
